Description
Students will advance their leadership skills in preparation for STEM careers. Over the course of one semester, six key professional competencies will be developed: career navigation, communication, organization, leadership, teamwork, and problem solving. Students will complete weekly modules and portfolio submissions throughout the semester, which concludes with a capstone project. In this project, student cohorts will solve a problem that a local employer is facing. This hybrid, synchronous course has three, mandatory in-person sessions, and is taught in conjunction with Braven.org.
