Course Description The aim of this course is to familiarize you with the fundamentals of human resource management and industrial relations. Students will understand the strategy involving human resource management, its legal environment, job analysis, recruitment, selection, training and development, performance management, compensation and rewards, employee benefits and labor relations. Also included are examinations of the various organizational, cultural, and global contexts in which human resource management takes place.
