Description
The course starts with the fundamentals and background of blockchain technology and will provide students with the knowledge to design smart contracts and implement distributed applications (DAPPs). A general overview of blockchain?s security and consensus protocols will be covered. Students are introduced to hands-on experimentation on building blockchain applications and developing specific-purpose smart contracts in different blockchain platforms. Ethical aspects will be considered.
