This course will explore the factors contributing to one becoming a murderer. There will be discussions on a wide array of violent crimes including serial killings. These individuals will be examined from various perspectives including cognitive, behavioral, and psychodynamic, while exploring the influences of child development, gender, and age differences, the influence of social media, and human nature. These topics will be viewed from a sociological, criminological, and psychological perspective.
