Description
This interdisciplinary course combines theory, history and practice, and challenges students to use their photography, design, web, video, journalism, public relations and activism skills in a real-life setting. Working in teams, students will produce documentary, graphic, web, video and promotional projects for a local non-profit community organization. These projects will be framed in light of historical examples and larger discussions about visual communication and social advocacy.
