Analyzes selected problems affecting major power in Asia such as Japan, India, Pakistan, Indonesia, China and Russia.nges of economic and political reform. Description This course offers an introduction to the political history and international relations of Asia in the 20th and the 21st century in its entanglement with the wider world, from colonial times until today. It explores the political and economic trajectory of major countries in the region (India, China, Japan), and assesses how they have shaped the geopolitics of Asia and the world.
