Its focus is the application of such knowledge to the better functioning of all types of collective activity. Among the primary themes considered in this course are leadership, improving motivation and productivity, culture, reducing undesirable worker behaviors, ethics, the effect of personality and emotion in the workplace, and job satisfaction.
